This month was about taking the time to really think about our own interpretations of our words.
For me, that meant asking a series of questions:
- what does focus look like to me?
- how do I feel when I am focussed?
- how do I put the idea of being focussed into practise in my life?
This was a really timely prompt for me, because I have been struggling to focus lately. I’m setting big goals for myself, and taking a lot on board in my life, which is wonderful, but I’ve come to realise that I need to set some good systems and habits up for myself if I’m going to stay focussed and really succeed.
After this month I feel like I’m much better equipped to move forward with focus, determination and clarity.
